The nrg Campaign partner organizations are committed to protecting the privacy and security of visitors to our website. The following information outlines our privacy policy practices for collection of information through our website. Throughout the policy, "we," "us," and "our" will mean the Pennsylvania Advocates for Nutrition and Activity (PANA). Disclosure of information to third parties:
We do not share or disclose any personal information with other organizations. Only the nrg partner organizations have access to personally identifiable information that we have been provided by you. However, we are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of other websites that may link our nrg website.
Browser information collected on our website:
The nrg Campaign website operator and PANA staff will analyze our website logs to improve the value of our website. Our web servers automatically collect information about your connection to the Internet (such as your IP address), but this information cannot identify you personally. The information collected includes the number of nrg members signed on to the nrg Declaration, page views, repeat and unique visitors, frequency of visits and peak-volume traffic periods. We do not use this service to collect, request, or track any Internet users' personal information. To comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and to protect the safety and privacy of children online, PANA will not knowingly contact or collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen (13) through registration procedures. However, these measures do not preclude minors from visiting and using certain features of the website.
