  2. Work with Michele to setup fundraising dates and times that fit your schools need.
  3. Canteen will send you your fundraising kit in the mail (registration forms, product list, etc). Once received you can get started and distribute to your team, nrg Club, or other school group.
  4. A Canteen truck will then deliver all products to your school for distribution on the confirmed drop-off date.

FAQ

Q: How do I advertise my fundraiser?
A: Once you have contacted Michele, she will send you all the fundraiser materials to distribute.

Q: How long does the fundraiser take?
A: It is recommended to have at least a two-week turnaround time for the fundraiser. Meaning, selling to delivery should all be within at least a two-week time period.

Q: Who is responsible for money collection?
A: The nrg Advisor (or adult) is responsible for circulation of materials, money collection, and distribution of products at time of delivery.

Q: If a student or parent is unable to pick up their purchase or forgets to pick up their purchase what do I do with their beverages?
A: It is up to the school to provide a temporary storage of items not picked up on the delivery day. It is the nrg Advisors (adult) responsibility to follow up with those unclaimed student/parent orders.

Q: If my order is wrong or I am missing an item from my order what do I do?

Q: Is there a minimum/maximum amount of orders needed?
A: Michele will confirm the minimum/maximum amount of orders needed at your school. This is on a case-by-case basis.

Q: How much can our school make from this fundraiser?
A: There isn't a limit. Each case sold equals a % profit.

Q: Is the school required to purchase or make a deposit of any ordered beverages?
A: There is no purchase or deposit required for orders. All money is should be collected and handed to the Canteen the day of the beverage drop-off. One check only.
