- Just enter your zip code above and follow the instructions on the submission form
- What formats can I use to upload my nrg story?
- You can enter your story through the online form. The story can also be uploaded as a Microsoft Word file, a rich-text file (.rtf), a plain text file (.txt) or an Adobe PDF file. You can also add pictures by uploading an image in JPEG, GIF, or PNG format (no larger than 1,024KB in size), or linking to a picture through Flickr or another image host. Videos can be posted as a link to an outside video. Videos hosted on YouTube will be displayed right on the nrg site!

- Share the energy - pass the ball of nrg to someone else! Mail it, punt it, throw it...see how far it can go!
- How many balls of nrg are there?
- There will be 1,000 total balls of nrg bouncing across the country being released at different times. The first 200 balls of nrg were released at the nrg Summit on September 25, 2007.

- You can keep track of nrg stories on the Google map above to see how and where teens are finding their balance.
- Why should I do this?
- Because it's fun, because it's easy, and because it's the right thing to do (like helping an old lady cross the street). Mostly because people want to hear and see your nrg stories.
